ראשית הדבר אפשרי. צא מתוך הנחת יסוד כי הקבלן מחוייב בהתאמה לחוקי התכנון והבנייה, חוק המכר, לעמוד בתקנים רלוונטיים לנושא, כגון:ת"י 1004, ת"י 985 ועוד.
מה ניתן לעשות ? היריעה בפורום קצרה מלהכיל את כל המידע הרלוונטי. חסרים בשאלתך מרכיבים מהותיים על מנת לענות בהרחבה, סוג הבנייה, מפתחים, דלת כניסה לחדר, רעש סביבתי, רעש רקע שיש למדוד על מנת להתאים בידוד אקוסטי אפקטיבי ועוד.

the noises have three origins:
1. outside – this is a developing area and there is a lot of construction
going on (although i am on the 17th floor there is still noise)
2. the kid is making noise from inside the apartment (watching television, music)
(and we from inside the room:)
3. one of the walls has a bathroom on the other side (not the parents bathroom)
and there are noises from the plumbing that are going through that wall
(when the shower is used…)
the apartment is new – built fron "Itung"
the room is ~12 square meters.
there are 3 doors in the room we wish to insulate:
1. door to the apartment – made from "sibit – very light"
2. door to a parents bathroom (bath is ~12 square meters) same like door No. 1
3. door to a sun balcony – made of aluminium with a "tris Glila"
there is one aluminium window in the room – with a "tris glila"
the floor is "granite portzelan" and is covered by a fake parquet
one of the walls has a bathroom on the other side (not the parents bathroom)
and there are alos noises from the plumbing that are going through that wall
(when the shower is used…)
